Sexual Harassment Policy
SL Staffing does not tolerate sexual harassment. Sexual harassment may include unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other unwelcome verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature when such conduct creates an offensive, hostile, and intimidating working environment and prevents an individual from effectively performing the duties of their position. Human Resources must be notified immediately any violation of our Sexual Harassment Policy.
No Call No Show Policy
If for some unexpected reason, such as an emergency or illness, I cannot make it to work or will be late, I will contact SL Staffing, as soon as possible so that they can contact the customer directly. Failure to do so may be grounds for dismissal for “No Call No Show” which indicates that I have quit. I must call within 2 hours of my shift.
Weekly Check-In Policy
I understand that I am required to check in online at www.slstaffinginc.com once a week in order to be considered for employment or currently employed and be eligible for additional assignments. Failure to do so or to accept my assignment will indicate that I have voluntarily quit. I understand that I am expected to complete all assignments that I accept. If I do not complete an assignment, I am indicated that I have quit.
