Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. The CSR receives orders from the customer, accurately places those orders into the computer and responds to questions from customers or fellow associates regarding open or outstanding orders. Typical questions are focused on order status, product information, account status, pricing, products or services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:
· Maintain the customer master file
· Receives product orders
· Enter and process product orders to customers specifications.
· Verify customer orders and process order confirmations
· When complete; invoice the customer for the product ordered.
· Resolve product discrepancies.
· Other duties may be assigned

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
No travel is expected for this position.
The individual must be willing and able to successfully complete all training and educational programs required by the company.
The individual must be organized and able to follow logical and detailed procedures while maintaining accurate records.
Required Education and Experience
The individual must possess a high school degree and have at least 3 years of prior customer service experience or equivalent.
